Peter Orner is the author of two novels, three story collections, and two collections of essays. His most recent book is Still No Word From You. He is a recipient of the Rome Prize from the American Academy of Arts and Letters, and a recipient of both a Guggenheim Fellowship and a Fulbright. He is the Chair of the English and Creative Writing Department at Dartmouth.

Jeff Sharlet is the bestselling author or editor of eight books of literary journalism, including The Family, adapted into a Netflix series, and The Undertow: Scenes from a Slow Civil War, forthcoming in March. He is a contributing editor for Vanity Fair and a winner of the National Magazine Award, the Molly Ivins Prize, and Outright International's Outspoken Award. Sharlet is the Frederick Sessions Beebe '23 Professor in the Art of Writing at Dartmouth.
